SANTA ANA, Calif. – On Wednesday afternoon, the Santa Ana College Women's Water Polo team followed the men in a doubleheader against Fullerton College.
The Don women had high hopes of earning their first win but fell behind early to ultimately fall 18-8.
Even though the Dons lost they came away with some positives after scoring a season-high of eight goals. Emy Castaneda recorded a game-high of five goals and Kaylah Margo led in assists with three on the day.
Santa Ana will be back in action when they compete in the Rio Hondo Tournament on October 27th.
