SANTA ANA- Women's soccer lost to the Saddleback Gauchos in the tenth Orange Empire Conference match of the 2016 season.
The first half remained scoreless. Freshman Kassandra Herrera from Garden Grove High School entered the field as a goalkeeper and had two saves for the Dons in the first half of the game.
In the second half, the Gauchos scored in the 78th minute to bring the score up to 1-0 for the win against the Dons.
Women's soccer will play again on Tuesday, Oct. 25 at Santiago Canyon at 3:00 p.m.
