SANTA ANA, Calif. – Kali Kitsinis and Tiana Patrick dreamed about transferring and playing together at the next level and that dream came true today, as Kitsinis signed her letter of intent to join the Ragin Cajuns about a month after Patrick.
Kitsinis spent one year with the Dons softball team after transferring from an NCAA Division II school, Chaminade University. As a Don, the sophomore pitcher from Mater Dei High School appeared in 33 games with a record of 11-16 and an earned run average of 2.96.
She ranked fourth in the Orange Empire Conference in strikeouts with 67 and eighth in ERA, earning her a spot on the 2018 First Team All-OEC team.
The Santa Ana pitcher-catcher combo will join the Ragin Cajuns, who went 41-16 during the 2018 season.
